No-Deforestation Action Plan
Lindt & Sprüngli aims for no deforestation in cocoa with a target date of December 31, 2025 and to work towards the elimination of deforestation in its other key deforestation linked supply chains (palm oil, soy, and paper and pulp-based packaging).
Find further information on our other raw materials in our Deforestation Policy, which sets our ambitions to eliminate deforestation in our supply chain. As part of our Deforestation Policy, all direct suppliers of cocoa must ensure that volumes supplied to Lindt & Sprüngli are either sourced through the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program, or certified under a certification standard approved by Lindt & Sprüngli (e.g., Rainforest Alliance) by the end of 2025.
No-Deforestation & Agroforestry Action Plan
As part of our participation in the Cocoa & Forests Initiative, we developed the No-Deforestation & Agroforestry Action Plan, which outlines our approach to achieving a deforestation-free cocoa supply chain by 2025. We also annually report on our progress in our No-Deforestation & Agroforestry Progress Report.
